TRIAD contracts for counseling services with a select group of highly qualified, independent and credentialed professionals.
At a minimum, mental health counselors have master's level degrees in psychology, counseling and/or social work (some have doctoral degrees), current liability insurance coverage, and active licensure. They have expertise in various areas and are a mix of males and females so that we can cover most issues for which employees seek counseling.
Our panel of counselors can change as the needs of our clients change - we encourage feedback from both employee-clients as well as company representatives to adjust and adapt our services as needed. Working closely with independent professionals who share our philosophies and understand the importance of providing timely and appropriate services best serves our clients.
