What's an EAP?
Everyone feels sad from
time to time as we deal
with life's large and small
losses. But if that loss
lasts more than a month,
it may be more than sadness.

Signs of depression include disinterest in life, fatigue, excessive anxiety, worry, or fear, changes in eating or sleeping patterns, and difficulty coping.

The good news is that depression is treatable. Minor depression can be helped by getting more exercise, eating right and planning more fun & pleasant activities.

In some cases medication and/or counseling are needed. TRIAD EAP offers free, confidential counseling for you or your loved ones.

We all experience personal problems that profoundly impact us and our families. Divorce, the death of a loved one, parenting dilemmas, and attempts to overcome an addiction are just a few of the issues that can bring us to our knees. These problems follow us to work and effect how we perform our job and get along with coworkers.

TRIAD EAP helps your employees cope with work stress and the many personal problems that can overwhelm even the most capable and responsible employee. The U.S. Department of Labor estimates that for every dollar invested in an EAP, employers can save anywhere from $5 to $16 by helping reduce absenteeism, turnover, and increasing productivity – not to mention increasing peace, joy, and improved relationships.
