No matter how excellent the EAP’s services are, they don’t do any good unless they are used, thus introducing the EAP’s benefits and providing regular reminders to employees is essential.
A TRIAD representative will personally visit to introduce the EAP and answer the employees’ questions.
Contact cards are provided that can be distributed to employees &/or kept on hand as needed. Every quarter, payroll-stuffer-sized informational flyers are copied and sent. Also, we now have an email-supervisory newsletter that can be distributed by email to employees and/or copied and distributed.
